This half day workshop aims to create an understanding of mindfulness and to deliver practical tips that be used in everyday scenarios.
The workshop will explore the attitudes behind mindfulness and we will also practice a varied number of mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques so individuals can experience what works best for them. The aim of the workshop is that attendees leave with a greater understanding of mindfulness as well as some practical techniques to apply as stress-busting, life enhancements. Cost £100.

The questions explored in the workshop will be based on the book “The 7 questions to find your purpose” by Richard Jacobs.
Abundance and money are often associated with negativity “don’t be greedy”, “you have enough” or “you’re not good enough to get….”
During this half day workshop we will begin exploring the messages we carry to do with abundance and money, with a view to choosing the journey and philosophical values that sit most easily within us as individuals.
Abundance means very different things to different people and most of us received our messages about success, money, career and abundance from unspoken models and messages when we were too young to make conscious decisions about them.
This one-day retreat will explore ways that we can increase kindness and compassion towards ourselves – enabling us to then give to others. “Love starts with loving oneself.”
We pick up multiple messages from society, parents, siblings, school, colleagues telling us that we are not worthy – this workshop will teach delegates the art of loving so that these messages are not the first ones we think of.
The level of personal exploration will depend on the group on the day, however overall the workshop aims to increase awareness of the “non loving” messages individuals may be carrying and to have a personal commitment in place as to how you can move forward with loving yourself and others.
A number of relaxing treatments including foot, hand and head massages will be available as well as a healthy lunch.
A vision board is a physical poster made up of a selection of images and words that inspire you and make you feel positive about your future direction. A vision board is all about identifying areas you want to change and using images and words as a visual reminder for your brain to follow.
A vision board essentially focuses the programming of the software of your brain and with that focus your brain can get on and do what it was designed to do – which is steer you towards a better future.
We cannot separate personal and business goals – one influences the other and if you are working in a partnership it is crucial to understand one another’s goals.
