This workshop aims to create an understanding of mindfulness and to deliver practical tips that can be used in everyday scenarios.
Did you know that we have approximately 60-80,000 thoughts a day, 95% of those thoughts are the thoughts we had yesterday and 80% of those thoughts tend to be negative. This is where mindfulness, as a tool, can help.
If you wish to be able to have some choice about the various areas of your life and the wishes that you have for yourself, your family and your work, then thinking the same thoughts and doing the same things day after day are very unlikely to get you those wishes. In order to manifest new outcomes we need to stop for long enough to feel and think new thoughts.
Scientists in the last five years have discovered that we have a physiological heart brain that when we allow it, is more powerful in steering us when working collaboratively with our brain.
