Mindfulness Zoom Session
The average human has between 60,000 and 80,000 thoughts each day and 95% of the thoughts you have in your head today are the same as the ones you had yesterday! Moreover, 80% of those thoughts will be negative.
My mindfulness session will explore how to dissolve stress and anxiety inducing thoughts, to be ‘in the now’ and to focus on the positives in life and the areas of life you wish to ‘tweak’ and make better.
Held via Zoom we will spend 2 hours together in a small group, learning how to embrace various mindfulness techniques and how to insert them into your every-day.
