This half-day workshop will explore ways that we can increase kindness and compassion towards ourselves – enabling us to then give to others. “Love starts with loving oneself.”
We pick up multiple messages from society, parents, siblings, school, colleagues telling us that we are not worthy – this workshop will teach delegates the art of loving so that these messages are not the first ones we think of.
The level of personal exploration will depend on the group on the day, however overall the workshop aims to increase awareness of the “non loving” messages individuals may be carrying and to have a personal commitment in place as to how you can move forward with loving yourself and others. The group will create their own vision board focussed on the art of loving as part of the workshop.
