Exploring the core values that matter to mind, body and spirit this workshop will aim to get you back on track, reinforce your track or find your track for the first time.
You may have found that your track has been shifted during the Covid-19 crisis and the aim of this workshop is to set you on a path so that by the end of your life you can look back and know that you have lived the life intended for you.
The questions explored in the workshop will be based on the book “The 7 questions to find your purpose” by Richard Jacobs.
