Massage treatments are back in the Future Perfect Treatment Room

Published by Ali Gordon-Creed on

With full Covid-19 secure measures in mind I am so pleased to let you know that hands-on massage treatments are back in the Future Perfect Treatment Room.
The lovely Ria will be offering her holistic massage once again. Here’s what Ria says of her experience and treatments:
“As a Holistic Therapist, I treat my client as a whole, taking into account their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as their physical body. The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body. Using this method, I create treatment plans that are specifically tailored to each of my clients. I offer three types of massage and Reiki/Energy Healing. In September 2019 I competed with around 40 other Massage Therapists at The National Massage Championships in the Swedish/Deep Tissue category. I was over the moon to be awarded 3rd place! The championships are a prestigious competition that showcases the talents of bodyworks across the country.

I offer Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and my signature Nurturia Massage. For more info and prices please see my website nurturia.co.uk

Secondly, the amazing Fredee who some of you may have met in the studio for aerial yoga, is beginning massage treatments.

She says:

“I realised in the last few years that I had developed a real passion for what I’d call “informed touch” whilst adjusting in classes. I felt the desire to take it further and add hands on bodywork to my skillset.
I’ve been doing so for the last couple of years now.
This summer I went on to do a 9 day professional massage training course with Jing academy in Brighton. Their level 3 training is a fusion of East meets West which as you’ll guess is right up my street. It incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Tai-Chi, deep tissue, effleurage techniques.
I will combine the Jing method with the use of weighted tuning forks when/if needed for deeper fascia release (Vibrational Fascia Release Therapy)
20 years of bodywork experience through  teaching yoga, movement, touch have shown me that the body best releases tension, trauma, injuries and all forms of stress when receiving a combination of approaches:
-active healing: such as yoga, tai-chi, any mindful movement discipline
-passive healing: massage, cranio sacral, osteopathy etc.
Bookings can be made via email : fs@yoogifredee.com or over the phone: 07903466091.
